Support structures are available 24/7 providing expert support when you need assistance. Remote control capabilities into any individual desktop allows for quick and easy mitigation where support is required. Automated monitoring of all service components proactively detects any issues so as to optimise performance.

Shared Infrastructure
Desktop delivery, printing services, server security and storage are co-located upon infrastructure with multiple BlueFire clients.

Management Portal
Easily control your company’s Hosted desktop experience with BlueFire’s highly secure and intuitive self-service Management Portal.

Application Delivery
Applications-on-demand can provide clients with the latest software applications available in the Hosted desktop Management Portal.

Backup and Restore
User and application profile backup, restoration of deleted items, and an optional file and application data backup are provided.
Service Availability
Service level availability of 99.9% is provided in the delivery of the service via BlueFire’s enterprise-level Hosting Centre.

Mobility
A software client for Windows and Mac, desktops, Macs, smartphones and netbooks is provided, enabling any device to access the Hosted Desktop.

Infrastructure Security and Support
Immediate recovery and high availability is provided from the data centre production environment, while the Network Operations Centre provides 24/7/365 operational support and automated monitoring of all service components.
Storage
File and application data storage can be purchased as part of the Performance Storage Service or the Utility Storage Service for company-wide storage.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Secondary instances of the desktop, as well as files and applications, can optionally be replicated and accessed from a redundant data centre in the event of a disaster.
Data Transfer and Migration Services
Data transfer and migration services can be scoped and priced on an individual basis for large or time sensitive transfer requirements that cannot be addressed with network links.

Remote Infrastructure Management
Desktops, thin clients, and devices for roaming users such as laptops and smart phones, can be optionally supplied and maintained by BlueFire.
