For urgent after hours support please contact (02) 9844 4300 and follow the prompts for after hours support. Our level 1 NOC will triage your support call and escalate the call if it is of a business critical nature. If the call is not classified as critical, standard response times will apply and you will be contacted within the agreed service level on the next business day.
